This project involved the ground-up construction of a 30,000-square-foot warehouse building with 300 feet of street visibility.
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The building features 11 overhead doors measuring 16’x18’, with ADA-compliant public accommodations, including restrooms and parking. The interior was built-to-suit for five tenants, ranging from a full-service petroleum provider to a CrossFit gym.
