Fort Vancouver Building 993 Historical Renovation
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This project involved the rehabilitation of a historic barracks building at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, converting it into office space for various government agencies. The 43,000-square-foot building underwent significant work, including structural upgrades, accessibility improvements, and the installation of new MEP systems. Custom milled trim and handrails were crafted to replicate the historic profiles. A new 4-story elevator and pit were added, and a 1-acre parking lot was constructed as part of the project.
